The Modux 2 Darklighter recessed floor light is simply sunk into any floor with the optionally available mounting tube, cut-out 50mm. With its very narrow beam angle of 8° it is ideal for columns, cypresses and similar objects. The light source, which is set back by 5 cm, generates its light absolutely glare-free. This small recessed floor light typically generates 170 lumens which is ideal for illuminating 2-4m high objects.
Precision machined from marine grade 316 stainless steel, copper or powder coated aluminum, the light achieves an IP68 rating for reassuring water ingress. Cree's 2-Watt Max LED can be easily swapped out or replaced with a color LED if needed. The optics are also easy to swap out if you want to change the beam width (see specifications).
